本 App 需配合电脑端客户端使用：在电脑端登录并管理你自己的账号，手机端登录同一账号即可随时查看会话、实时翻译并回复客户。
登录后列表为空？ 请确认电脑端客户端已开机、已登录同一客服账号且保持在线。
收不到通知？ 请在系统"设置 → 通知"中允许本 App 发送通知。

Laiwang Overseas SCRM is a customer-service message management and real-time translation tool for cross-border sellers. You sign in on the desktop client to send and receive messages under your own account, and use the mobile app to follow up anytime.
The app is used together with the desktop client: sign in and manage your own account on the desktop, then sign in with the same account on your phone to view conversations, translate in real time, and reply to customers.
Empty list after signing in? Please make sure the desktop client is running, signed in with the same account, and online.
