来旺出海SCRM（以下称"本应用"）是一款客服消息管理与实时翻译工具，供你在自己的账号下管理与客户的日常客服沟通。
1. 账号信息：你登录时提供的公司名、客服账号；登录后我们保存登录凭证（令牌）以维持登录状态，不存储你的明文密码。
2. 客服消息内容：为在你的设备上展示与收发，你与客户之间的消息（文字、图片、视频）以及客户的显示名称/号码，会经由我们的服务器中转呈现。
3. 设备与推送标识：为向你推送新消息通知，我们会处理设备推送标识（如 Apple APNs 及推送服务令牌）。
4. 使用设置：你设置的客户标签、快捷回复、翻译语言偏好等，用于提供对应功能。
用于：账号登录与鉴权、展示与收发客服消息、消息翻译、发送新消息通知，以及提供标签、快捷回复等功能。我们不将上述信息用于广告，也不出售你的个人信息。
1. 中转服务器：消息经由我们的云端服务器中转，以在你的各设备间同步展示。
2. 翻译服务（谷歌）：为实现实时翻译，消息文本会发送至 Google 翻译服务进行翻译。相关处理适用 Google 的隐私政策：https://policies.google.com/privacy。
3. 推送服务：消息通知经由 Apple APNs 及推送服务商发送。
除法律要求，或为提供上述功能所必需外，我们不向其他第三方披露你的信息。
本应用协助你处理你与你客户之间的客服消息。就这些客户的个人数据而言，你（商家）为数据控制者，应确保你有合法依据处理与你客户的通信；本应用仅按你的指示协助展示与收发，不将其用于其他目的。
消息在我们的服务器仅作短时中转，默认保留约 48 小时后自动清除。我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护信息安全，数据传输采用加密连接。
你可随时退出登录，以停止本设备上的数据处理。如需查询、更正或删除相关信息，请通过下方方式联系我们。
本应用面向企业客服场景，不面向未成年人使用。
我们可能不时更新本政策，更新后将在本页公布，并更新上方生效日期。

Laiwang Overseas SCRM ("the App") is a customer-service message management and real-time translation tool that helps you manage your day-to-day customer conversations under your own account.
1. Account information: the company name and service account you enter to sign in. After sign-in we store a login token to keep you signed in; we do not store your plaintext password.
2. Customer message content: to display and send messages on your device, the messages (text, images, videos) between you and your customers, and your customers' display names/numbers, are relayed through our server for display.
3. Device & push identifiers: to deliver new-message notifications, we process device push identifiers (e.g., Apple APNs and push-service tokens).
4. Preferences: your customer tags, quick replies, and target-language preferences, used to provide those features.
For: sign-in and authentication, displaying and sending customer messages, message translation, sending new-message notifications, and providing features such as tags and quick replies. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
1. Relay server: messages are relayed through our cloud server to sync display across your devices.
2. Translation service (Google): to provide real-time translation, message text is sent to Google Translate. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Push service: notifications are delivered via Apple APNs and a push-service provider.
Except as required by law or as necessary to provide the features above, we do not disclose your information to other third parties.
The App helps you handle customer-service messages between you and your customers. With respect to those customers' personal data, you (the merchant) are the data controller and are responsible for having a lawful basis to communicate with your customers; the App only assists in displaying and sending messages at your direction.
Messages are only relayed on our server on a short-term basis and are automatically cleared after approximately 48 hours by default. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
You may sign out at any time to stop data processing on this device. To access, correct, or delete related information, contact us below.
The App is intended for business customer-service use and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
